BILLING CLERK

HOURS: 3:00-11:30pm

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
  • Bill loads withing 30 minutes of receiving
  • Thoroughly check and proof export documents when received
  • Notify drivers when loads are ready
  • Update call list regularly
  • Checkout drivers when a guard is not available
  • Saturdays when the shipping shift works
  • Cross Train with Export Clerk
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous accounting and office experience preferred
  • Excellent Computer skills required
  • Communication skills - written and verbal including phone etiquette
  • Good work history including attendance
  • Team player
