Work you'll do:
  • Closely collaborate with Account Director and agile marketing teams to identify operational efficiencies for marketing activities that drive leading practices and improve processes for the team
  • Support marketing team finances by analyzing and reporting on resource utilization, campaign investments, and run rates against budgets for full team understanding of marketing team health
  • Responsible for coordinating internal approvals of third party/vendor contracts and SOWs and processing all invoices for the marketing team
  • Ownership of operational aspects of marketing activities within the team such as managing internal compliance reviews of marketing collateral, including securing internal approvals, and maintaining data integrity of campaigns and activations in Workfront
  • May include running an agile Kanban team
  • Draw insights from data sets to enable faster and better decision-making

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management or Account Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm
  • MS Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with intermediate Excel proficiency preferred; familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66200 to $121800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
