About the Team:
E-commerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality. As the Anti-Fraud Operations Buyer Abuse Program Manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to identify and address emerging trends and threats related to buyer abuse.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities:
As a Buyer Risk Program Manager for the Anti-fraud operations team, you will be responsible for integrating, aligning, and coordinating cross functional building, deployment, and scaling of anti-fraud business processes. Candidates for this role need to be able to balance multiple points of view, articulate primary considerations, be adaptable, and can work across various teams and countries.
- Support strategic initiatives and partner with cross functional teams throughout the full cycle of antifraud operations buyer abuse strategy, from design to execution.
- Serve as a buyer abuse subject matter expert on antifraud operations core functions, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
- Collect, collate, organize, and leverage data informed insights to drive new products, initiatives, and metrics reporting for the Buyer Risk program.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert for Aftersales to develop anti-fraud controls and mitigate losses related to buyer abuse.
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the Buyer Risk program
- Work with data and measurement partners to identify and track key program performance indicators, and ensure the results contribute to overall company, product, customer, and community experience goals
- Identify patterns of abuse, and perform root cause analysis to determine the specific methods and motive of exploitation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 4+ years of full-time working experience in program management or relationship management, preferably in a related field: tech industry, process improvement, anti-fraud operations, compliance, e-commerce etc.
- You have experience working cross-functionally to solve complex problems
- You are an excellent communicator, can articulate clear priorities, and gain support to pursue these developments.

Preferred Qualifications:
- About 10~20% of travel if needed.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
