Kavaliro's client is seeking a Architectural Designer in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading, managing and overseeing the architectural project(s) on a day-to-day basis from the Schematic Design/Conception phase through to Design Development, Construction Drawings, Layout and Architecture.
• Performs these functions in various capacities across multiple architectural projects at any one time, during any one of the aforementioned project phases.
• Create and update architectural drawings and schematics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless project flow.
• Ensure compliance with design, legal, and zoning regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, SketchUp, and ClickUp,
• Preferred Procore
• Exceptional communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Retail or construction industry experience
• Master's degree in Architecture
