Job Description:

Reynolds is one of the largest community colleges in Virginia and serves Virginia's capital city and five nearby counties. Annually, our four campus sites serve approximately 13,000 credit students and provide training for 7,400 students through the Community College Workforce Alliance. Reports directly to ASL & IE program head, Carrie Humphrey. Responsibilities include maintaining and supervising the Mobile Instruction Labs (MIL) as well as other technology used by the ASL & IE department; schedule MIL hours and assist students with using the technology as needed; draft procedures and policies for technology use; perform software updates regularly; tabulate data from examinations; function as a teacher's aide as needed; move tables and chairs into arrangements compatible with visual communication; contribute to the design and implementation of the ASL & IE technology master plan; provide feedback to colleagues on how to improve the program.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience with both Apple and Microsoft based operating systems and software applications. Ability to perform regular updates to operating systems and software applications.
Knowledge and experience with cloud based media storage (e.g. Google Drive.)
Knowledge and experience with video conferencing software (e.g. Facetime.)
