This posting is for a Full Time Cocktail Server in Assembly Hall Bar at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center. A Cocktail Server is responsible for presenting beverage and food menu choices to guests, submitting orders and delivering the order to the guest in an efficient and friendly manner. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. Cocktail Servers will engage in casual conversation and create the guest experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general lounge preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment.

Candidates must have open afternoon and evening availability, including weekends and holidays. Shifts for this position are 3:30pm - 12:00am.

Qualifications for this position:

• At least one year of consistent high-volume serving experience required.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills.
• This position requires a considerable amount of walking, and the ability to lift, push and carry a moderate amount of weight.
