Insight Global is currently looking for an Assembly Manufacturing Engineer to join our clients Assembly Manufacturing team. They will oversee and optimize manufacturing processes within the Assembly operation. This role involves applying insights from product design, fabrication, tooling, and materials, collaborating with equipment vendors, and gathering feedback from operators. The engineer will be responsible for both manual and automated assembly operations, driving process improvements consistently working from the design to creation to the testing of equipment. They will design manufacturing equipment, control manufacturing processes, monitor manufacturing metrics and analyze data to improve the manufacturing processes. A key aspect of this position is a strong commitment to continuous improvement on an annual basis.

- Manufacturing industry experience
- Controls experience (Siemens, Allen Bradley, PLC programming)
- Automated equipment experience
- Strong project management skills
- Manufacturing change process experience
- Machine troubleshooting experience
