We are currently seeking an Assistant Digital & Marketing Manager to join our team.

As part of the HSBC marketing team our ultimate goal is to drive improvements in HSBC brand equity and contribute to customer growth and increase customer value and satisfaction as we open up a world of opportunity for our customers in Wealth and Personal Banking.

Working with Marketing Managers, you'll be responsible for:

• Working closely with business teams, to develop website content updates and supporting campaigns in response to business briefs, gaining support and buy-in to creative approach and concepts.

• Working as part of a team across a variety of projects including digital, social and brand

• Supporting the planning and delivery of digital marketing campaigns and projects, locally across Channel Islands and Isle of Man, and international markets for HSBC Expat to support the growth of our WPB business.

• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to develop and communicate our market proposition for our target audience.

In addition

• Review and input into media plans and assist with execution, working in close collaboration with marketing managers.

• Delivering marketing projects to time, budget, and quality to achieve the desired outcomes and measure performance against target.

• Build effective working relationships with external agencies/suppliers.

• Manage day to day own and agencies performance to meet business and personal goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• We're looking for someone with experience digital marketing experience, financial services would be an advantage.

• You'll be passionate about the customer and understand the use of data and analytics in deriving customer value.

You'll also be able to:

• Demonstrate Customer Centricity by thinking and acting beyond product sales.

• Adopt and champion the agile ways of working in marketing and participate in business value streams/ cross-functional teams.

• Use your organisational skills to manage and coordinate multiple initiatives and updates.

• Strong writing skills, prior experience creating content for websites.

• Experience using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) would be an advantage.

• Display an ability to be a self-starter, with energy and drive in a dynamic environment.

• Strong planning and organisation skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts.
