The Global Loyalty & Benefits Platform is part of the larger Enterprise Platforms Center of Excellence where product and engineering resources have been organizationally brought together to improve speed to market and further unlock value across core capabilities. Loyalty & Benefits Platform serves a broad set of products and solutions across the enterprise that require close collaboration with colleagues who develop new card products, digital channels, marketing operations, membership rewards, co-brand programs, card benefits, insurance, analytics, operations excellence, and servicing. We focus on powering both new product offerings as well as existing ones to build highly configurable core capabilities as it relates to account attributes, customer enrolment, offer & program set-up, qualification, tracking, redemption, fulfilment, channel & partner integrations of various Loyalty & Benefits products for our customers.

As an Analyst of the Digital Portfolioyou will be responsible for facilitating the Minor Engagement process for the Loyalty and Benefits portfolio. You will work with partners across GCSG, GCS, technologies, digital channels, operations teams and the Product Team within GL&B to assess and prioritize a rolling intake of requests for growth, compliance and technology changes as well as Loyalty owned CAPs/OREs. Ensure that the requests include the appropriate detail and captures the Measurable Business Value in order to prioritize the work and gain support. In addition, you will lead reporting for GL&B to forecast and monitor capacity allocations and track year to date costing against the epics so appropriate and informed commitments are made and initiatives are properly supported.

You will manage stakeholder relationships and work to increase transparency and predictability in capacity and delivery, acting as a steward of the funds and in implementation of the work. You will define strategic outcomes with key decision makers and partner effectively across the Enterprise to facilitate portfolio planning by tracking progress, identifying, and overcoming obstacles, resulting in seamless delivery of products and enhancements.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a skilled communicator who enjoys a fast-paced environment, operates cross-functionally, has a strong willingness dive in deep and understand the scope to engage and involve the impacted teams within Loyalty required to seamlessly support the work, and keep the key stakeholders in the loop or provide necessary action when needed - all while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humour in the face of challenges.

This role reports to Sr Manager, Digital Portfolio of the Loyalty & Benefits Platform and will be based in New York.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for Minor Engagement requests submitted in Jira, from all lines of business across all markets, guiding them through the process and ensuring all required data is accurate and thorough so that action can occur efficiently.
  • Assess business cases and cardmember impacts in order to determine prioritization of requests and GL&B capacity, needs and timelines required.
  • Proactively ensure epic, capability, and feature are correctly linked in order to accurately track work to the correct line of business.
  • Liaise with the GL&B Product Teams to manage and facilitate progression of requests, hosting weekly discussion forums across the global portfolio, and tracking through the Minor Engagement lifecycle.
  • Prepare, develop, and maintain dashboards, processes, Kanban views and filters in order to maintain and increase Minor Engagement visibility for the Product and Leadership Teams in Business Health epics and cost.
  • Lead, manage and support data and reporting requests for stakeholders and field/process updates in both the GLBIT and GPPS Jira spaces.
  • Maintain and develop data views in our PowerBI tool in order to support the Product and Leadership teams with visibility of all work across the portfolio.


Minimum Qualifications

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience working across product development teams
  • Passion for enterprise portfolio management functions; Possess a customer centric mindset and ability to manage conflict with the ability to effectively influence others.
  • Very strong collaboration skills - ability to build strong partnerships and navigate cross functional teams to deliver on shared objectives.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to operate independently; comfortable analyzing complex data and processes to drive visibility across organization.
  • Skilled in financial reporting, program/project management and an expert in enterprise collaboration tools (Rally, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
  • Prior experience leveraging Agile product development methodologies to manage and deliver digital products or platforms, or equivalent training preferred.
  • History of high performance and proven ability to adjust to shifting priorities and manage through ambiguity.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor in the face of challenges


Qualifications

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
