Job Description

The Associate Marketing Manager for Dermatology will be responsible for multiple projects including high level analytics and activities supporting Dermatology Strategic Marketing P2P operations. The Associate Marketing Manager will coordinate across RINVOQ and SKYRIZI franchise stakeholders to enable an integrated and successful execution of conference planning, product theater programming, executive bureau management and consulting contracting and follow up. Strategic elements of the role will include a full scope of deep understanding of speaker programs logistics and compliance, consulting contracting requirements and execution analytics. This individual will partner across functional teams including field ops, field sales, CCG, US Commercial Compliance external vendors and agencies, and brand leadership.

The responsibilities of this role are listed below but may shift based on business needs.
  • Manage and coordinate projects for a multi-faceted team, including Peer-to-Peer, National Conference, and Area Marketing Managers, to ensure success across two large Dermatology brands
  • Evaluate raw data and create weekly reports on speaker and program analytics as well as analyze salesforce data for field and marketing leadership
  • Collaborate with members of the field sales teams, logistics vendors, and field operations to address needs related to Peer-to-Peer programming to drive program success
  • Manage conference planning, finance logistics, and consultant contracting processes.
  • Organize and maintain multiple Teams channels by ensuring ease of access and proper document storage.
  • Partner with agencies on creative pieces for ancillary materials (invites, iRep emails, etc.) with 100% on time approval
  • Act as a main point-of-contact to cross-functional teams to aid in optimizing and adapting the new logistics vendor to meet team's needs
  • Aid in coordination and execution of Dermatology speaker training across the portfolio; act as liaison between internal teams and logistics vendors


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required
  • Strong analytics skills, including high level of proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, index match)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellence
  • Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and accountability
