Our client is looking to fill the role of Associate Procurement/Operations Specialist. This position will be located on site in the Parsippany office.

Responsibilities:

• Handle high volume of donor enrollments.
• Obtain required follow-up information from donors and vendors to process enrollments.
• Update client account information, process client documents - including donor and private enrollment forms, health screening questionnaires, extended storage agreements, termination agreements, etc.
• Handle high volume of data entry for patient information.
• Manage Electronic chart assembly.
• Assist Operations group with back end procurement support. :

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
• Previous experience with medical documents, patient information and medical terminology is highly preferred.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required for this position.
• At least two years of related experience required.
