Role Description:

Ability to work in a team environment that is process orientated and deadline-driven Ability to run SQL queries, Batches and Application monitoring Frameworks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Batch and Application Monitoring Applications Strong problem solving skills with experience exercising mature judgement Flexible to be able to work during the Client Business hours (7 AM - 4PM) or in the evenings (3:30- PM -2AM) to monitor batches and applications. Communicate with multiple teams, send daily monitoring reports and alert any batch or Application failures to the team. Ability to support release activities but running batches, monitoring applications and coordinating with cross track teams.
