The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing QuickBooks, recording and reconciling financial transactions, generating financial reports and statements as needed, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data. The Bookkeeper will also be responsible for processing vendor invoices, providing timely payments, reconciling vendor statements, and resolving discrepancies. The position requires at least two years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field, proficiency in QuickBooks/Excel, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
