LaSalle Network is partnering with a not-for-profit health company seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. They are headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. This Business Analyst will support their Salesforce implementation. The ideal candidate must have strong business analyst background with experience in Salesforce and implementations, as well as experience creating test scripts and cases. This is a 3-6 month contract position with possibility for extensions.

As a Contract Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Salesforce implementation project, focusing primarily on testing activities, including test case development, script execution and validation. You will work closely with our client's project team and stakeholders to ensure the quality and integrity of their Salesforce solution, particularly in the areas of single sign-on (SSO) and integration tracks. Additionally, you will play a critical role in the post-implementation phase, supporting Release 2, which will introduce new features and enhancements to Salesforce after the initial go-live in July. This role is remote, with onsite exceptions as needed in Chicago.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into detailed test cases and scripts
• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure thorough testing coverage across SSO, integration tracks and other relevant areas
• Execute test scripts and scenarios, identifying and documenting defects or issues as they arise and working closely with the development team to resolve them
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, gathering feedback from end-users and incorporating it into test plans and scripts
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance during the implementation phase, addressing any testing-related concerns or challenges that may arise
• Assist in the planning and execution of Release 2 activities, including requirements gathering, solution design and testing coordination
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency

Business Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within Salesforce implementation projects
• Strong proficiency in creating and executing test cases and scripts, with a focus on SSO and integration testing
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities, including Salesforce Lightning, custom objects, workflows and reporting
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented mindset, with a passion for ensuring the quality and accuracy of software solutions
