Pay Range *: $ 107,000- $ 125,000 Per annum .
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Key responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for telecom projects and initiatives.
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret telecom-related data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track key performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Telecom Product and Service Support:
- Provide support for telecom products and services, including billing systems, network management tools, and customer care platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer complaints, and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
- Participate in the testing and validation of telecom systems and applications to ensure quality and functionality.
Project Management and Implementation:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of telecom projects, from inception to completion.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success and facilitate communication and collaboration.
Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the telecommunications sector.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, including those related to data privacy, security, and consumer protection.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with telecom operations, systems, and processes.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telecom products, services, and technologies, including voice, data, and wireless communications.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as requirements elicitation, process mapping, and data modeling.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
- Experience with telecom billing systems, CRM platforms, and network management tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
