Description:

Experience Needed:

5+ years as a Business Analyst, eliciting requirements, writing user stories, working with stakeholders.

5+ years of data analysis or equivalent work experience

Specifically, successful candidates are going to need to have strong  experience joining tables and writing queries, as well as having a keen eye for identifying patterns

Experience with ETL Process moving data into a data warehouse and generating reports – combining the data from multiple sources  

Must be able to understand data models and provide input based on results after analysis

Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills – will be working in tandem with stakeholders

Source to Target Mapping

Create process flow diagrams for AS IS process documentation and business requirement document.

Create data profiling and data warehouse (DWH) mapping requirements documents to help identify source to target data flow.

Data mapping, report mapping, mockup of reports in excel, pull sample data related to those reports or scenarios to confirm the business requirements matches the report.

Document and maintain the Requirement Traceability Matrix to track progress of the requirements.

Create SRS (System Requirements Doc) to facilitate the ETL team to develop their SDS (System Design Specification doc).

Mapping Data and unstructured Data, Client Developers only care about UI and don’t care as much about Data, unstructured JSON data

Education: Bachelors Degree
