JOB DESCRIPTION
The Enterprise Services Business Analyst Lead with work with IT and business partners to understand specific partner needs relating to projects.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Close collaboration with multiple business stakeholder
• Eliciting and writing functional requirements and documenting process flows
• Working with Project Managers to coordinate the Enterprise Services team's timeline and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
• Managing and reporting status of Enterprise Services deliverables by facilitating internal team status checkpoints, creating project tracking documentation, communicating status and issues as needed
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives for the Enterprise Services BSA team

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Min 7 years of experience in business analysis/ business systems analysis related work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrable ability to learn and apply technical skills
• Effective Time Management with ability to adjust to changing priorities and handling multiple projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to adapt to the audience
• Has a sense of urgency, knows how and when to escalate
• Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements with ability to ask relevant questions to drill into the details
• Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion
• Documenting Functional design/Functional Specifications and Process Flows
• Works well under pressure and with deadlines
• Comfortable writing or running simple SQL queries against data sources
