Indotronix is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Senior in Client tech hubs

Position Title: Business Systems Analyst Senior

Schedule: Hybrid 2 days onsite/ 3 days remote

Location: Any of the tech hubs (Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Dallas, Birmingham, or Phoenix)

Duration: Contract to hire

Key Responsibilities:

• The Digital Identity team is currently working on standing up and publishing a Customer Authentication policy and supporting artifacts (procedures & desktop documents).
• The Customer Authentication policy will be applicable to all LOBs and Support Areas.
• After publication, we will move to governance, specifically assessing compliance to policy.
• Establishing value and journey maps for different authentication experiences.

Must have technical skills/experience:

Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Excel

Proficient/Experience with writing & governing corporate policy, procedures and desktop documents.

Technical writing - proficient with confluence, Jira and Microsoft office suite word , excel, Visio and PowerPoint. Experience in authentication , Applying authentication tools, Familiarity with FIDO

Development skills:

• Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:
• excellent communication skills, outgoing and assertive, motivated, seek to understand, Someone who can hit the ground running
• Degrees or certifications for the candidate to be successful: NOT required

Experience:

• 5-7 because it's a level 3
• Banking Industry Preferred, but authentication would take president.
