We are currently looking for a Full Time Carpenter Aide to join our HIS Section Team B Unit 1 team located at the Housing Annex working 7:00AM-3:30PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.
Summary:
Complete carpentry and related work assigned to them in a timely and workmanlike manner in order to preserve the Division's housing units in good condition and to maintain a safe and healthful living environment for the Division's tenants and home buyers.
Responsibilities:
* Complete carpentry and related work assigned to them in a timely and workmanlike manner
* Assists / helps perform major and minor carpentry work including the following: hang sheet rock; tape and bedding; trim work; install both primary and storm windows; framing; lay floor tile; install ceramic tile; Roofing: both patch and new; and cabinet work
* All other duties as assigned
