Texas Health Arlington Memorial's Oncology department is looking for a top skilled RN II Charge. Is that you?
Work location: Texas Health Arlington: 800 W. Randol Mill Road Arlington, Texas 76012
Work hours: Full Time (36 Hour) Night Shift
Department Highlights:
• 20 bed unit
• Med/Surg and Telemetry overflow
• 5:1 ratio, but practices team nursing so you are paired with another nurse and a PCT for 10 patients
Here's What You Need
Education
• Nursing Diploma (Nursing) required Or
• Associate's Degree Nursing required Or
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
Experience
• 1 year experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting required
• 5 years' experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting preferred
• Oncology experience preferred
Licenses and Certifications
• RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required And
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 days required And
• ONS - Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certificate 18 months required And
• OCN - Oncology Certified Nurse upon hire preferred
