Applicants must be willing to work morning, evening, and/or weekend shifts. Must be physically able to perform medium to heavy physical labor and understand and carry out written and oral instructions.

Duties Description Setting up and tearing down of event areas.
Cleaning and disinfection of all client spaces before, during & after events
Cleaning and disinfection of all Events Services equipment
Cleaning and organizing service corridors and event service storage areas.
Garbage and recycling collection and disposal from all client areas
Collects, transports, and disposes of office waste or spoiled materials by cleaning procedures.
Cleans floors, corridors, stairs and stairwells, walls, partitions, windows from the inside or outside of buildings using vacuums, mops, brushes, detergents, buffers, floor scrubbers, and other cleaning implementations
Cleans bodily fluids including urine, vomit, and feces with proper training.
Strips and waxes floors; vacuums and shampoos carpets; and dust assigned areas using manual or mechanical equipment.
Cleans and scrubs all areas of lavatories and locker rooms, such as sinks, urinals, toilets, showers, shower walls and drains, tile floors, and locker room common areas.
Replaces light bulbs, dusts, or washes light fixtures and high places such as ceilings using a 6-ft ladder.
Cleans and polishes furniture, metal fixtures, and equipment.
Removes waste articles from floors, furniture, and equipment and places them in designated receptacles or in appropriate places.
Moves furniture and equipment in connection with cleaning activities, or set-ups for meetings or special events.
Empties trash, recyclables, and waste, by cleaning schedule.
Assembles cleaning cart to conform to assigned cleaning duties, and mixes and properly dilutes cleaning solutions by manufacturer directions.
Wears appropriate protective clothing, and other specialized protective equipment as required by the cleaning assignments.
Checks supplies and equipment functioning, and notifies supervisor of low supply levels, equipment malfunction, and building maintenance issues noted during cleaning.
May be assigned to remove snow and salt walkways, and clean sidewalks from litter using manual equipment.
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
