A distinguished cross-over investment firm in Boston, MA is searching for a dynamic Client Service Associate to provide stellar operational support across the firm s multiple investment products! They are looking for proactive candidates with experience in an administrative or client service-oriented role who are sharp and able to multi-task well in a fast-paced environment! This is a great position for candidates who are personable and enjoy working in a client-facing role where you can build strong relationships with clients, focusing on their satisfaction, retention, and overall growth of the company. This is not a sales role, it s primarily to support client-related tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Client Service Associate Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or client service role
  • Bachelor s Degree or Associate Degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook, Zoom, and Teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, DocuSign, and Adobe is essential
  • Dynamo experience is preferred
  • Financial services background and startup environment experience is a plus
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to handle a high volume of work
  • Self-starter who is friendly and client-facing with excellent follow-up skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate client needs proactively

Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day operations including managing investments, handling 270 clients and over 1000 contacts, and planning client events
  • Ensure accurate updating of CRM, run internal reports, and respond to investor requests
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and updating existing accounts
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to maintain organized client records
  • Assist in producing investor report summaries and coordinating monthly/quarterly materials for internal management
