We are seeking a talented Cloud Engineer with proficiency in Java development to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud solutions using Java-based technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust, secure, and efficient cloud-based applications. Additional responsibilities include:

1. Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications leveraging Java technologies.

2. Architect scalable and resilient cloud solutions that meet performance and security requirements.

3. Collaborate with software developers and architects to integrate cloud services into existing applications.

4. Implement automation for provisioning, deployment, and monitoring of cloud resources.

5. Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency and performance.

6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud security.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing and Java development.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 8+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.

2. Strong proficiency in Java programming language.

3. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

4. Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

5. Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices.

6. Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

7. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

8. Solid understanding of networking, security, and data storage concepts in cloud environments.

9. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

10. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

1. Certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Developer Associate).

2. Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.

3. Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB or DynamoDB.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
