Insight Global is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with Mastercam knowledge/background. This person will be responsible for programming all of the programs for the CNC machines for the manufacturing facility from scratch . Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing programs from scratch in Mastercam
- Will be responsible for developing programs for new projects
- Will have to read the blueprints and drawings
- Responsible for modifying G&M codes and programs to adjust the machine throughout the project
- Will be working in a lean manufacturing environment

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ year of experience programming various programs from scratch for CNC machines
- Experience with programming in Mastercam
- Certification in Mastercam
- Experience modifying G&M codes
- Experience measuring in metrics
- Experience reading designs and drawings
- Must be able to work overtime and be reliable
- Must possess own transportation.
