Piper Companies is currently searching for a Construction Project Manager to work onsite in Catonsville, MD for a leading developer and manager of continuing care communities and homes. The Construction Project Manager will ensure construction quality aligns with established standards.

Responsibilities for the Construction Project Manager include:
• Oversee, assess, and report on project finances and adjustments
• Address and escalate issues impacting project schedule, budget, and design integrity
• Track document processing and review requests for information and submittals
• Document progress in design and construction meetings
• Validate project payment accuracy and advise on necessary actions
• Lead punch list and building turnover activities
• Verify completeness of turnover documents and operation manuals
• Participate in post-occupancy and warranty reviews for issue resolution.

Required Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager include:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or Real Estate
• 3-5 experience in occupied renovations a strong plus
• Comfortable with traveling on a weekly basis

Compensation for the Construction Project Manager include:
• $90,000 - $110,000 a year plus bonuses Depends on level of degree/combined years of experience
