The main function of a supervisor/manager -- production is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers. 75% walking on the construction field ensuring safety and making sure policy is upheld. They hold the general contractors accountable for safety to ensure there are no incidents and that items are being constructed in a timely manner. 25% will be compliance and conducting reporting. Able to train & coach in identifying & assessing workplace hazards and developing strategies to mitigate risk is crucial. Experience in coaching contractors in conducting detailed job hazard analysis's (JAH's). Coaching implementing measures. Coach and mentor staff in emergency response procedures and the ability to help develop and implement emergency action plans.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
* Coach and mentor, all staff, contractors and workers on best practices, lessons learned, safety policies, OSHA, OKRs, KPI's.
* Implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
* Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
* Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
* Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
* Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
* Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

Required Skills & Experience
+10 years' of experience as a Construction Safety Manager- large scall projects- +$150 million & 200-300 people
Experience working in a Data Center consturction site at all stages
A thorough understanding of OSHA standards & regulations is essential. This includes knowledge of general industry standards (29 CFR 1910) or construction standards (29 CFR 1926)
- CHST, OSHA 40, Osha 500, & Osha 510 certification
Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills- ability to coach
Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.
High school diploma or GED
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Associate's degree in business or related field
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety
