Job Function

The Consulting Sales Intern will help USA Football drive engagement and increase sign-ups for events, products and programs. This specifically includes prospecting, managing sales lists and data work. Occasional prospect and customer support follow-up communication may be required. The position will collaborate with the consulting sales, events, high performance and marketing departments.

Job Responsibilities
• Assist with filling event and product sales pipelines, particularly prospecting and working with leads.
• Depending on seasonality, help with High Performance and flag sales, youth organization enrollments, coach certifications, event promotion and/or system leads. This includes updating information, prospecting and occasional customer follow-up.
• Identify prospects and update database information.
• Assist with USA Football support initiatives and calls and provide assistance on support tickets.
• Add and Update Salesforce and Excel lists as needed.

Job Requirements/Core Competencies
• Sales/Service Experience
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Comfortable with Excel and software tools
• Exposure and experience with Salesforce a plus
• Prior customer service experience a plus
• Selling experience a plus
