Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an experienced administrative assistant to join our Global Property and Guest Services (GPGS) team where you'll join a team of professionals who love what they do. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader GPGS leadership team where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role

Under limited direction, you will provide administrative support to the Global Property & Guest Services Senior Vice President. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills are needed to effectively support the diverse needs of these teams. The ability to manage multiple, sometimes competing, priorities seamlessly is essential to success in this position. In this role, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders around a variety of issues and projects. Discretion and the ability to maintain a high level of ethical standards and confidentiality are imperative.

• Maintain calendar for the GPGS SVP and their direct reports, as directed

• Prepare and process business expense reports

• Coordinate GPGS SVP meetings and supporting materials as needed

• Create, organize, and maintain manual and automated team email distribution lists

• Support GPGS Content & Engagement team with GPGS communication plans, e.g., Global Weekly articles, targeted internal emails, PowerPoint presentations

• Support GPGS Content & Engagement team with GPGS meetings and events, e.g., culinary orders

• Opportunities to participate in Hyatt's Diversity & Inclusion activities
