- Direct and manage full cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation & screening, interview process, offer negotiations, close out process and new hire onboarding
- Lead consultative recruiting planning session with key stakeholders to establish expectations, timelines for the recruiting process and create a desired candidate profile
- Develop sourcing strategy and establish desired communication protocol with the hiring manager and HR team
- Managing professional level requisitions (30+ open requisitions) in multiple locations
- Passive recruitment - source, evaluate and qualify top talent; expert using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Director, Talent Acquisition
- Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director, Talent Acquisition and hiring manager as required.

- Maintain and manage a well-developed network of candidates and / or skills to build a network quickly and comprehensively.

Minimum Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Recruiting or Agency Recruiting and/or relevant Technical/Industry Experience
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge with standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools including proactive phone and internet research.
- Advanced knowledge of the professional search process, recruiting process, the non-exempt and temporary staffing industry and employment law
- Fluent in G-Suite
- Advanced proficiency in ATS systems, Workday
- Successfully manage, prioritize and close recruiting searches within a timeline, using benchmarks and metrics.
- Demonstrated reputation for finding and closing hard-to-find candidates.
- Advanced communication skills
- Demonstrated sense of urgency
