Job Description/Duties :
  • Inspect, monitor, and perform an array of cleaning activities.
  • Prepare and apply cleaning solutions according to specifications, following procedures for proper use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
  • Operate various types of cleaning equipment (i.e., vacuums, high speed buffers, automatic scrubbers, carpet cleaning machines, sprayers, etc.).
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
  • Clean and polish furniture as well as fixtures.
  • Lift and move various objects (i.e., furniture, office machines, filing cabinets, cartons, etc.)
  • Clean various surface types (i.e., floors, paved and tiles surfaces, walls, and windowsills).
  • Empty waste baskets, ashtrays, and trash drums.
  • Remove and replace defective tubes and bulbs in light fixtures.
  • Local candidates only.
