Position: Customer Service Representative/Service Coordinator

Job Details and Requirements:

• Primary contact for customer phone calls, assuring superior customer service levels are met and exceeded.
• Communicate customer issues and needs to the necessary team members to insure they are addressed in a timely manner.
• Create service work orders and communicate details to the appropriate service team.
• Review and submit for invoicing service work orders timely.
• Resolve customer service issues when appropriate.
• Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail oriented, including accurate data entry skills.
• Manage ERP systems.
• First contact with customer from the operations/service side for commissioning, decommissioning, and PM scheduling.
• Creating and maintaining a PM schedule for both long term rents and in shop fleet
• Manage site specific entry requirements.
• Capable of working independently, as well as a team member
• Interact with co-workers with a positive attitude to maintain a friendly and productive work environment.
• A commitment to "doing it right the first time."
• Other duties may be assigned.
