Description:
JOB PURPOSE:
Oversees the handling and resolution of both hospital and physician-based patient/guarantor account/billing queries, handling and resolution of Epic MyChart queries, and other functions as assigned. Supervises, monitors, coaches, and develops Patient Liability and Customer Service representative. This position reports to Manager of Customer Service.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least three (3) previous years of Revenue Cycle experience within Patient Financial Services or Customer Service/Patient Liabilities functions.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
N/A

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates (or bachelors) degree preferred. Five (5) years previous related Revenue Cycle experience, preferably with Patient Liability and Customer Service. Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred. Experience with Epic.
