Prefer local candidate who can go into the San Jose or San Francisco office. Also open for candidates in PST timezone.

1.Partner with product and business teams to understand requirements and KPIs.
2.Support regular ad-hoc data querying and in-depth analyses to better understand customer behavior.
3.Support teams in running growth programs and A/b tests through analyzing results and communicating insights.
4.Conduct exploratory data analysis to answer business questions that help inform decision-making.
5.Slice and dice data sets through various dimensions to generate meaningful reports, insights and diagnostics.

Strong SQL skills and experience working on Hive/Hadoop/Cloud.
Basic understanding of statistics, and prior experience with A/b testing preferred
4+ years of prior experience in similar BI & Analytics roles.
Experience working with Tableau and building dashboards for reporting.
Good communication skills - ability to communicate business insights from data to stakeholders effectively.
