Title: Data Quality Analyst/Data Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12-18 Months (Possible convert to full-time)
A hybrid option is available at the start.
Pay rate: Best in the segment on W2.
Client: Reputed client in the US

Job Description:

• Working with business partners to understand data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity.
• Understand advantages/disadvantages of various data profiling tools and be able to translate those capabilities to business partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define data quality requirements and metrics.
• Provide training and support to end-users data quality best practices and tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to data quality processes.

Required Skills:

• Experience working as a BA/Data Analyst in a Data warehouse/Data governance platform.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization tools
• Critical thinking.
• Ability to understand and examine complex datasets.
• Ability to interpret Data quality results and metrics.
