Compensation: $10 per hour | Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
Shift Options: (Monday - Sunday) 1st shift: 5AM - 1PM | 2nd shift: 1PM - 9PM | 3rd shift: 9PM - 5AM

As a Dispatcher / Call Center Operator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your duties will include promptly addressing incoming calls, discerning potential emergencies via a sophisticated switchboard system, engaging with customers, maintaining meticulous records, coordinating information flow, and continuously enhancing your expertise.

Job details:

• This is not a work from home position.
• Responsible for monitoring system activations to detect emergencies, such as fires, illegal entry into establishments and medical calls.

Duties:

• Recording details of calls, dispatches, and messages.
• Placing outgoing calls regarding alarm events.
• Receiving incoming telephone or alarm system calls regarding emergency and non-emergency police, fire and ambulance service, information and after hours calls for departments or customers.
• Relaying information and messages to and from emergency sites to law enforcement agencies, and to all other individuals or groups requiring notification.
• Other duties as assigned.

Expectations/ Requirements:

• Must arrive on time, be dependable, have reliable transportation, be detail oriented, well spoken, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer and phone skills, ability to type quickly and accurately, must pass a certification test at end of training, and be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
