The Environmental Controls Inspector is responsible for reviewing environmental monitoring forms, sample as needed, data entry of sampling results, and assisting in completion of EM control reports. Identify any concern areas and trends in cleanroom. Complete investigation reports as well as conduct investigational environmental monitoring support of classified manufacturing, filling, and support areas for pharmaceutical operations. Other duties as identified.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure environmental sampling documents are correct, errors remediated, and data processed in a timely manner.

• Ensure data is efficiently processed while maintaining data integrity.

• Assist in compiling and analyzing all EM data for routine reporting and provide support to investigations and process improvements.

• Assist in analyzing data to identify issues and potential sources, i.e., trends, and work with leaders and team members to create proactive solutions.

• Assist in providing support operations and quality assurance with representative EM data and feedback for ongoing cleanroom process improvements.

• Process data to identify trends and take action to limit OOS results.

• Strong understanding of cGMPs, regulatory standards/requirements for Environmental Monitoring.

• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail are required.

• Ability to work with a variety of manufacturing, facilities, and support departments.

• Must be capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and physically demanding environment with extended periods of standing/walking.

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds and be able to pass, push, and pull to execute aspects of job duty.

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products and Outlook.

• Environmental Monitoring experience preferred.

• Exceptional observational skills, ability to think analytically, and possess a great attention to detail.
