The role you'll contribute:

The Execuitve Director of Virtual Care and Clinical Support Services has comprehensive responsibility for planning, coordination, and implementation of all processes which impact the quality care delivery of Virtual Care and Clinical Support Services within the AdventHealth Network. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer of AdventHealth Home Health and Hospice. The Executive Director is accountable for strategic development of virtual care services and has operational responsibility for AdventHealth Hospital at Home and the expansion of virtual care applications for AdventHealth. Adheres to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state, and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

  • Develops and deploys strategic plans for Virtual Care within the AdventHealth's Consumer Network.
  • Leads in the development of new clinical strategies to broaden consumer reach and enhance market share.
  • Collaborate s in a matrixed approach in the design and implementation of AdventHealth Hospital at Home Services and other Virtual Care strategies.
  • Responsible for budget development, capital purchases and requests, as well as overall financial performance.
  • Ensures that all services are continuously measured by quality indicators and evaluated for cycles of improvement.
  • Promotes collaborative and interdisciplinary processes that focuses on excellent consumer experience ensures patient safety, and best practice clinical outcomes for patients and staff across the continuum of care.
  • Fosters effective collaboration between departments, medical staff, and affiliate services to meet the organization's strategic goals and objects.
  • Demonstrates support of AdventHealth policies, procedures, and guidelines. Responsible for maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, CMS or other appropriate regulatory agencies.


Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Digital Health, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
  • 5 years of healthcare leadership experience
  • Current, valid license to practice professional nursing


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of practice in healthcare
  • 1-2 years of practice in virtual/telehealth care
