Job Title: Executive Assistant

Department: Program Management, Sales and Product Development

Summary support the VP of Program Management, VP of Sales and the VP of Product Development using a variety of project management, communication, and organizational skills. Plan, coordinate, and ensure the schedules are followed and respected. Work closely and effectively with the three department VP's to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Other duties may be assigned.

Support the three department VP's using a variety of project management, communication, and organizational skills. Plan, coordinate, and ensure the schedules are followed and respected. Work closely and effectively with the VP's to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Other duties may be assigned.

Manage several deliverables and smaller projects within the divisions and departments. Coordinate messages, appointments, and file maintenance and systems. Assist with preparation of records, statistics, and reports. Include various elements of business projects forward and ensure deliverables to the final stage. Provide regular updates to the three VP's, such as drafting, writing, preparing, and proofing presentations, gathering data and presenting information in meetings. Follow up on contacts made by sales and support ongoing relationships.
