Responsibilities:
Position would require the individual to be on their feet for a few hours a day. Ricoh standard of up to 50# lift. Ability to walk, bend twist and lift are part of the job.
Individual will be covering for breaks and lunch breaks.
Seeking a responsible ambitious individual that can be a valued team player.
Responsible for the day-to-day mailroom duties.
Logging in all incoming and outgoing USPS and accountable mail.
Distributing mail and packages.
Preparing shipments.
Ability to prepare FedEx labels and use Pitney Bowes machine.
Keeping inventory of office supplies.
Stocking of all copy centers.
Printing request.
Working with security and facilities.
Lifting light packages.
Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing, Computer literacy is also required.
Greet guest and associates as they arrive in the building.
Escort guests when needed.
Confirm guest with visitor's log.
Inform associates of guest arrival.
Communicate with Security with any issues that arise.
Alert building Maintenace of the need to rollout weather rugs.
Keep a log for monthly reports.
Ordering office supplies.
Minimal administrative work. Great customer service and customer facing skills, computer literacy, professional demeanour and appearance as will be interacting with customer, vendors and guests.
Must be able to speak, read and write in English language and communicate as such. Ricoh standard of 50 # lift as there is walking, bending and twisting required.
Parking garages nearby at your own expense. Public transportation suggested.
