The Facilities Technician will respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with dependable transportation.
• Proficiency in using basic maintenance tools and equipment.
• Vocational or technical training in maintenance or related field preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
