Job Summary: 

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations and ensure the financial health of the company. 

This role involves managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, reporting, and financial risk management. 

The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to support strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and oversee financial plans, forecasts, and budgets. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.

Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Present financial information to senior management and stakeholders.

Budgeting: Coordinate the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Cost Management: Analyze costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Monitor operational expenses and optimize resource allocation.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Strategic Planning: Support long-term financial planning and strategy development. Provide financial analysis for new business opportunities and projects.

Audit and Compliance: Oversee internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of integrity and attention to detail.
