Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and analyze non-pay vendors through the entire lifecycle: from requisition to approval, purchase order (PO) creation, invoice processing, to timely payment.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our vendors, including their billing cycles, payment terms, and renewal processes.
• Initiate requisitions within SAP, shepherding them through the approval process and addressing sourcing inquiries.
• Manage manual billing submissions, ensuring timely payments, and reconcile any billing discrepancies with vendors.
• Collaborate with teams to identify process enhancements, striving for continuous improvement.
• Adhere to best practices within our SAP Torque environment.
• Monitor payment terms accuracy and ensure vendors are paid punctually.
• Promptly escalate issues or bottlenecks to the Team Lead and management when necessary.

Additional Details:

• This role involves daily engagement with various aspects of the duties, supporting IT departments with a continuous process flow.
• Initially remote with occasional on-site requirements at our Memphis location. Candidates should be within a one-hour commute of Memphis. Remote status subject to change per ABB Corp mandate.
• Initial interview conducted in person at the Memphis location; subsequent interviews may be virtual.
• One-year duration with potential for extension based on demonstrated performance.
• Must-Haves: Detail-oriented mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities (both verbal and written) with diverse stakeholders, domestically and internationally.
• Compensation: $32 - $34.69 per hour.

Pay Details: $32.00 to $34.69 per hour
