Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri . As a Receptionist, you will welcome guests visiting Busch Stadium , manage the telephone switchboard, and complete essential administrative tasks.

$16.00 - $16.00 / hour

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests who arrive at the venue and assist with their inquiries
• Receive and route calls through the phone system
• Complete essential administration tasks; answering emails, phone calls, and filing
• Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the reception area
• Assist HR Team with I9 processing
• Work directly with the HR Team during hiring events, trainings, and on-boarding of new team members
• Answer team member questions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years' previous office, clerical experience required
• Experience with operating a multi phone line system
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills
