Day to Day:

Insight Global is hiring an IT Procurement Finance Manager to manage the team, holding the team accountable, review contracts, license and requests for new types of software - looking at terms and conditions how will it affect/ benefit the client, be the decision maker around this, review large contracts - Microsoft, Bentley, AutoCAD - when are they up what do we need to negotiate for renewal. This person will be responsible for the strategic management of software and hardware within the organization. This position provides support for all asset purchases from all areas of the IT department. This position is primarily focused on the selection, implementation, maintenance and support of hardware and software used by the company.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:

* 5-7 years of experience in related role - strategic nature of the role - IT Finance

* Understand the overall strategy around software and hardware management

* Experience with Vendor Management and Contract Management

* Experience evaluating vendors and contract negotiation

* Heavy experience in Asset Management and ITSM Systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:

* AEC Industry Experience

* AEC Software Experience

Bentley, AutoCAD etc.

* Ivanti Asset Management Experience

* Experience building out Ivanti products
