We are looking for an experienced professional to join our growing team as the Global ABM Senior Marketing Manager. This key role combines leadership in global demand generation campaign management with expertise in account-based marketing & experiences (ABM/ABX), driving our business's growth and market positioning.
In this position, you will report directly to the Sr. Director of Global Enterprise & ABM and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. You will play a pivotal role in aligning our global marketing ABM strategy with overarching business objectives while overseeing the successful execution of ABM campaigns tailored to our enterprise segment.
As the Global ABM Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of global campaigns in collaboration with the field marketing, corporate marketing, and sales teams. You'll also be responsible for building 'campaign-in-a-box' initiatives, providing comprehensive resources for seamless global campaign activation. Additionally, you'll lead the creation of 1:few and 1:1 ABM campaigns, ensuring personalized and targeted approaches for specific account segments.
You will develop and execute ABX programs to attract and grow target accounts from our Enterprise segment. Leverage 6sense intent data to inform account based marketing campaigns and content creation for different personas in our key buying committees.
The key for this role is collaboration with sales teams. You will work closely with the sales teams to understand their needs, align demand generation efforts with sales targets, and provide them with the necessary tools, resources and support to convert leads into customers. Collaboration will be essential to ensuring a seamless handoff between marketing and sales.

- Lead the creation of 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns, ensuring personalized and targeted approaches for specific account segments
- Develop campaign and ABM strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring consistency across regions
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize ABM and campaign strategies
- Work closely with Corporate Marketing and Field Teams to ensure seamless integration of campaigns across channels and regions
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance the effectiveness of global campaigns and ABM initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of professional experience in B2B Marketing, ABM, or similar
- Proven experience in demand generation for SaaS companies
- Strong understanding of ABM principles and experience implementing 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns
- Experience in Performance Marketing, Event Marketing & Email Marketing, and Digital Marketing
- Experience with 6sense and other account based marketing technologies
- Strong understanding of Marketing Data & Analytics.
- Comfortable working with marketing automation tools, CRM systems to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration
- Initiative, reliability and team spirit as well as a good sense of humor and creativity
- Nice to have: industry marketing experience
What we offer you:
- Competitive compensation - Base Salary range for this position: $129,600 USD - $145,800 USD per year before bonuses. The company also offers for this position a 15% annual bonus paid quarterly subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan.
