Job title: Manager - Go-To-Market Lead - Data & Analytics with EUC Industry Experience Job Location: State and City: 1) Boston, 2) NY Area, 3) Houston 4) Hybrid Job Description:This position drives the execution of daily operations and delivery of services to Capgemini's Utilities customers in North America. The services will be around Data Analytics Platform, Data and AI Strategy, Data Governance, and AMI Operations, supporting the OT and smart grid systems in addition to billing, data collection, and network support. Responsible for overseeing the projects/programs of Capgemini's work at customer location.The role will oversee the development of key business metrics and reporting for customers about Capgemini's programs / projects.The position will build a strategy that aligns and organizes technical and business resources to realize significant benefits of the Data Analytics Platform and AMI 2.0, to improve delivery and operational execution, to ensure enterprise-wide business approach, to determine appropriate resource levels, to continuously improve support processes and to manage risk and total cost of ownership of Capgemini engagements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Defines the operational and strategic outcomes of the efforts and determines the requirements to achieve a successful implementation and achieve the stated business benefits and improvements to both the operational and customer experience.
  • Drives change management efforts to ensure process and business change is effectively executed.
  • Manages the optimization of the working relationships between the software providers, implementation partners and business/process owners.
  • Directs the identification and management of risk and project/operational constraints. Challenges process metrics and reassesses methodologies ongoing. Ensures business outcomes are identified, baseline measurements are established and desired outcomes are realized.
  • Ensures alignment of incentives and goals for the teams for mutual support of achievement of the project operational and business outcomes. Oversees resolution of issues and issues escalation process to ensure timely decision making.
  • Oversees the adoption and proficient utilization of the software and processes by team members through training, communication, and engagement of leadership across the company. Monitors feedback results and makes necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Lead the technology roadmap by evaluating market leading Data and AI technologies that aligns with business priorities. This includes leading global industry projects and technologies such as the Data Analytics Platform, DI apps, Internet of Things, Neural networks, Data Mining, Convergence and grid edge technologies and support.
  • Charged with planning, implementing, leading strategy, and contributing efforts to driving growth and people development.
  • Drive Generative AI strategy for enterprise to bring improvements and efficiencies across the business units.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 12 years of work experience related to the duties and responsibilities of this position including 4 years of leadership experience.
  • Utility industry experience is must
  • Strong leadership, strategic management and business process redesign skills
  • Fosters and builds a collaborative working relationship with various stakeholders
  • Must be willing and able to challenge customers to better understand their needs
  • Ability to challenge the various stakeholders involved in a project
  • Competent in project management and team management
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
