Aspirus Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids, WI is seeking a Greeter to join our team!

Exhibit a positive first impression to clinic visitors and patients as you provide assistance to individuals using the visitor's parking lot and greet patients/visitors. Offer assistance as appropriate to promote Aspirus Clinics' customer service.

HOURS: Part Time or 0.6 FTE, 48 hours every 2 weeks. Day shift, temporary position.

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to two years of prior medical experience beneficial.
• Possesses basic computer knowledge, positive phone etiquette, knowledge of communication procedures and professional image.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, co-workers, and the public.
• Ability to file and maintain patient records, files, and other correspondence.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with patients, employees, and the public.
• Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
