Hartmann Center is a residential treatment program for adolescents with substance abuse issues and/or co-occurring disorders. The Housekeeper is responsible for the general day-to-day cleaning and sanitizing of the Hartmann Center.

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is now hiring a full-time Housekeeper for the George W. Hartmann Center in Cobb County!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Responsible for daily cleaning of the Hartmann Center.
  • Will complete 1 special cleaning project per week i.e, buffing/waxing floors, washing down walls, cleaning bathrooms floors, in addition to regular daily cleaning.
  • Will complete essential learning courses as required and check email per company policy.
  • Will complete housekeeping check-off list daily and turn in to Management.
  • Will report to the Residential Supervisor/Program Director any repairs needed to building as seen while cleaning which may include any equipment as well.
  • Will order supplies as needed, making sure not to over stock and keep within the budget.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor


Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Education - minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
  • Other - Criminal background check clearance, official academic transcripts, valid driver's license/ID, drug screen, TB test, eligible 7yr MVR


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Working in a climate-controlled environment
  • Dealing with interruptions and changes in work priorities
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to climb stairs
  • Ability to lift boxes, bags, etc. overhead.
