An employer is looking for an HR Generalist to sit onsite in Douglasville, GA. This person will play a key role in supporting human resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR principles, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting and engaging employees.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- At least 2 years of progressive experience in human resources roles, with demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR functions, especially recruiting
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively in the workplace.
- Proficiency in HRIS (preferably Workday) and other HR-related software applications.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
