Requirements:
Minimum Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, I/O Psychology, or related field or equivalent. PHR or SHRM- CP certified preferred
Minimum Experience:5-7 years of Human Resources experience with a demonstrated progressively increasing scope and level of responsibilities. A minimum of 3 years of experience serving a union population. HR experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $61,000 to $99,000 annually. Actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. - Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on business expansion and optimization, including strategicplanning,talent acquisition and management, development,change management andemployee relations.
- Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of theorganization.
- Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Analyze trends, market data, and metrics to proposesolutions based on businessneeds
- Drive talent management strategies to support a team's growth and individual developmentplans
- Partner closely withsiteHR partners onoverall HR businessstrategy and execution
- Work closely with ouroperations leadership team and union leaders tosupport employee relationsissues.
- Serves as company representative for union-related matters including proactive communication with union, partnering on mutual company and union interests and serves as escalation point in the grievance process.
- Acts as a shepherd of the Collective Bargaining Agreement in partnership with Labor Relations Coordinator.
- Identifies organizational needs, determines strategy and facilitates workforce planning and performance
- Integrates best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of HR services to business units.
- Responsibilities span all aspects of HR to include : talent management and workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, employee development, and succession planning
- Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HRteam
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience supporting a union environment.
- Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to thebusiness

- Demonstrated project management and change management experience

- Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solvingproblems
- Coaching facilitation skillsandexperience
